My complaint:
I made an order on the Savage X Fenty site that was approved by Afterpay for installments. The first payment was taken out, given the schedule for the remaining 3 payments and later that day I received an email that the entire order was cancelled with no explanation why. I had to call
The customer service number numerous times to be told my account was under review because of a change in address. I ed that new address numerous times abscess told repeatedly to call back and I would be able to re-order with the 50% discount offered last week. Well here it is Wednesday, 23 March 22 and the problem still has not been fixed, I still can’t place and order and being told there is no one to help me but the Dept that is reviewing my account and that could take a few more days. What the hell is going on? I told them finally in frustration to just cancel the VIP account and I will order from another company. I thought you guys should know that you lost a valued customer because they don’t appear to know what’s going on in this company.
Suggested solution:
They should let me order the merchandise with the 50% off sale discount they had last week and fix the problem with my change of address.
Literally the same thing jusy happened to me. Brand new customer, ordered a bunch of stuff yesterday. Got the order confirmation and then I just checked to see the status and got the same exact email with zero explanation. I’m so confused. I was charged for my purchase.
I JUST had same issue. Did you ladies find out WHY?! Im soo disappointed with the company. Last few monthd they have been having issues.
