My complaint:
I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t even received an email ation. Money has been deducted from my account but I still have no product to show for it. Tried calling them but there is no phone number on their website and they have not been replying to the multiple emails I have sent. Fly by night companies don’t have phone numbers. Beware. Damn shame because their clothing is very nice. But this is not how you run a business.
Suggested solution:
Put a damn phone number on your website like a professional business would.
