My complaint:
Sandals resort, Emerald Bay. The resort was outdated. The service was poor. Power went out numerous times. Staff did not appear focused on delivering the type of service you would expect from a resort in this price range. Advertised 11 restaurants but many were closed leaving little choice in restaurant choice.
Suggested solution:
We expressed our concerns to the loyalty desk and have decided to try another resort. However, we would like to receive a deeper discount than what was offered to us.
