Be mindful of our address because we have had numerous orders misdeliveted never to be found. I am no longer going to order ANY items online for Home delivery.
Sam’s Club should have a policy in place for. Confirming the order has been delivered to the right address. Surely they would at the very least have a way to identify the pickup person. Take a picture of the house address delivered to.
Suggested solution:
Immediately refund the customer for the lost products. Make the pickup / delivery person accountable for their delivery to wrong address.
