My complaint:
So I purchased a gazebo through Sam’s Club and I paid for the outside contractor through Sam’s Club to deliver and install the gazebo for $656 and the guy showed up at 12 didn’t leave till 10 PM at night and the next day I went out to gazebo wasn’t tighten all the bolts were loose the brackets were holes in them and then they would take the whole out and put in a different spot none of the corners lined up none of the corner brackets were lined up the one brace was cracked the post was damaged
They forgot to order the parts I had to wait an extra week for them to order the parts and I’m still waiting this is very frustrating and disappointing I suggest you hire another outside contractor to install
