My complaint:
The driver practically parked on my neighbours car despite me giving specific instructions to park outside my property and avoid the neighbours area.
His music was blasting loudly outside their ground floor bedroom window and blocking their front door.
When my partner went out and said you’re not parked where you should be he said I know and shrugged, he was rude and sarcastic. He refused to move the van and unloaded there.
He said have a nice day now in a sarcastic tone while smirking.
This has made my neighbours, who are seasoned bum holes anyway, put up a height restriction bar in the driveway so I cannot receive my deliveries, on which I depend on as I’m housebound 247, 365.
The automated email told me to wait two days, it’s been four days and I’ve heard nothing back.
Thankyou sainsbury’s, for inflaming an already awful situation with the neighbours and not resolving anything, great job guys.
Suggested solution:
Remove the driver, he is clearly in the wrong job. I don’t want to be delivered to by him and I don’t wish him on others. Apologise and refund my delivery cost.
