My complaint:
Safeway closing time is supposed to be 11pm . I got there 10.54pm . The security did not allow in and was rude and belligerent and when I asked to call the manager.who came and told the security not to let me in . It was 10.55pm and the store is supposed to close at 11.00 pm. I still have 5minutes left to buy what I needed. I only had to get butter and chicken liver . Why they did not let me him ? I am 75years old and had heart surgery . I am a regular customer at Safeway and I ran all the way down to get there before time . When I got to the door they turned me away . It says clearly on the website Doors close at 11pm .Not at 1045pm or 1059 pm .Why do Safeway mislead people .I want a response an explanation from you . Thank you very much .
Suggested solution:
The manager and security should be more considerate and lenient to customers . Treat people like Human beings . Safeway should not mislead people . I wasted 1hr and did not get what I expected except abuse . it's up to Safeway to see what they can do to resolve this complaint .
