My complaint:

Bought a generator. Never worked from day 1. Family fell ill during that same week with flu. Tried generator twice. No success. Called store and reported problem on day 8. Told Ryobi technician HIS REPLY TO MAKRO: cannot come out to assist. Must bring back to store, irrespective if you dying with illness. No refund. Must wait 4 days for diagnosis from technician. Inhumane people. DO NOT BUY RYOBI. R 9 000 PLUS PURCHASE.
