Ryman Healthcare complaint: Unable to obtain key fobs to main gates

My complaint:

My wife and I own 2 car parking spaces within the village but are not allowed to have two key fobs to access village after 7pm.
Have made numerous requests to management but are continually stonewalled and given no satisfactory response.

Suggested solution:

As independent residents,we seem to have rights within this village.
Shame on you Rymans.
