RyanAir complaint: Unclear information on allowed luggage

My complaint:

Although I had bought the 10 kilo luggage I had to pay 40€ for mine and my daughters cabin luggage that we brought to the check in.The employee Korasidis 187706 said we had to drop them at the entrance of the airport which was new to me since I had travelled with Ryanair end of November and I had given my bag at the wagon waiting outside the aircraft.

Suggested solution:

As a very frequent customer of Ryanair I believe the information given on luggage was totally unclear so I want the 40€ back since I had already paid for the luggage.
