RyanAir complaint: Change of flight

My complaint:

I booked 2 flights Ref no 17WN3D, on 22nd Jan 2020.

On 15th June, Ryanair changed the schedule offering me either a later flight or to change the flight.

We wanted to change and the website on my bookings didnt accept or recognise my booking reference that went with my e mail.

I cant get through and the chat line doesnt recognise my question.
In the end I accepted the change of flight that they made so thought that
could change it but again the website not accepting my booking reference.

To telephone is a nightmare as we live in Mallorca, and have tried unsuccessfully to get an answer.
WE USE RYANAIR REGULARLY AND NOW WANT A SOLUTION.

Suggested solution:

By contacting me and letting me change the flight. Theysent the email quoting my ref number but as soon as I try to go into my bookings, my flight is not recognise nor is the ref number.

The flight is 29th July 2020 and I need to change it.
