My complaint:
Okay so I initially called in to dispute a charge that was made on my account and a representative told me that my acoount was going to be de-activated until my next card came in the mail. They sent the card to the wrong address so I tried to update my information but for some reason, Rush Card is not accepting my documents. I sent over everything requested and been denied 12 times so far. My direct deposit from my employer deposits onto this account and I cant even use this inactive account because they are not approving my documents. Please help.
Suggested solution:
At this point, I just want my balance off the card and I will go else where. I\'ve been a member for almost two years now with no problems and I cant simply receive my own replacement card to be sent to me.
