RushCard complaint: Will not un lock card have sent in what’s needed

My complaint:

My card got put on hold I chat 3 times with someone fixed information in they ask for and it’s always something different each time. The last four card is 2025 they come back with they couldn’t find later cause I was using another phone. I just need my money

Suggested solution:

I need my money like everyone else do. I feel like they should unhold and send me another one
