RushCard complaint: Unable to access my money

My complaint:

I filed for a missing card replacement and paid to have it expedited the card never came tried to get the tracking number they didn’t have one Called and they reissued a new card and charged me again still have not received it I’m out 70 dollars in fees they won’t refund and I still have no access to my money. They tell me the same story every day and nothing. I have received late fees on my bills because I can’t access my money

Suggested solution:

Give me my money and refund my fees. All of them and let me close my account
