My complaint:
Unauthorized charges from google garena twice in October one October 13 2021 and the other October 23rd 2021 27 dollars and 26 dollars just a estimate rushcard customer service is telling me that they have to do a transaction dispute for both unauthorized charges they took 2.75 off my card 10 times and the second time they took 4.99 to 1.00 10 times i want my refund both times i have received 2 cards i don’t see how money is being taken off my card with a new card and now they telling me they got to mail me out another card and that takes 7 to 10 business daysif i don’t receive my money in a couple of weeks I’ll be taking matters in my own hands because that don’t make any sense to me they know what’s going on
Suggested solution:
They need to give me my refund they see that both unauthorized charges coming from the same merchant i want my refund asap
