My complaint:

I had to change my pin because I forgot it. However, I tried to contact rushcard and of course it’s only through chat or email. everytime I get someone on chat they ask me all my information and end the chat. Mind you they ask for my whole name, social security, address etc. Finally someone is helping me they ask me security questions which have to be done really fast. I answered 3 questions and the chat end. I go back on chat with another person my account is suspended. I have to send my ID, social and birth certificate for identity. How the heck you have all my money and I cant email the documents I have to fax it. I been with Rushcard since 2011 I have never been through this before. They need to go back to speaking on the phone this is madness.Theres no way you already taking a risk giving out all your information over the internet it’s worse they get your info then end the chat. I’m literally thinking about leaving rushcard for good this is atrocious.

Suggested solution:

They should be able to speak to me on the phone and ask me all the security questions and whatever they have to so I can access my money.
