My complaint:

Hi, I just got off the phone with a representative about a series of transactions made with my rush card. I took notice this morning that my account has been whipped out. There has been 17 transactions made on my account starting from August 27th up till September 28th. All of those transactions were processed from Pueblo Colorado. I have never been to Colorado a day in my life. I live in New York City. This is extremely frustrating because due to this very pressing time of Covid-19 this is my main source of savings. I’ve been a card member with you guys since 2012 and I have never experienced anything like this. I am missing $2,570.77 from my account. There were 17 transactions which means I was charged a dollar for each transactions so that means I’m actually missing $2,587.77. As you can see this is a large amount of money missing from my account. This is ridiculous. I need these funds to be returned to my account immediately because as I stated before this is my main source of funds and I have important Bills to pay as well as buying food to eat.

Suggested solution:

I should get a complete refund including the fees that I was charged
