My complaint:
On 9252020 I set up an online bill pay. One minute later I called and cancelled the payment of $1600. I was told that it would be escalated and the my money would be back in my account on Tuesday 928. I called three times on Tuesday only to be told it was escalated and they assured me my money would be back in my account by the end of the day. Today is now Wednesday and I’m out of $1600. I keep calling and I’m getting the run around. No one can tell me when l’ll have my money. I

I need to have my $1600 back in my account today.
