My complaint:

I received a email from rush card of my pending deposit from the uia I have been waiting on for a month just for rush card to vanish on me this is what I have my direct deposit coming to and I cannot talk To a live agent Nor have they emailed me back 10,000 is no money to be played with and it is not in my transactions but it have been sent they have not contacted me or have any contact number this is Ridiculous and not right I have bills that need to be paid

They should have a live person to answer calls or at least have someone to email you back

I have had the same thing happen to me. There is nobody to talk to over the phone, and everyone that I chat with is giving me the run around. They charge fees for everything. I will be closing my accounts soon because this has been the worse service for the past months.

The same thing happened to me they closed my account with over $8,000 in it and are refusing to return my money
