My complaint:
I have 16 transactions on my card from someone from another country. I have know idea who they are and why money was taking off my card. Been trying to file a claim since l found out and can’t get in touch wit any body from rush card. I’ve been calling and everyone the recording says that they don’t recognize my social security number or the last 4 digits of my card. Been waiting on a call back and still nothing.
Suggested solution:
Just give me my money back and close my account.
