My complaint:

I received a email from rush card service telling me they deposit 2800.00 my rush card and the money is not there I called and tried to every single thing to get my money

I used bill pay to pay a bill. It does. It does not ask for a routing number. Only an account number. My money is not in the allocated account but my 1700$ shows as paid and is gone from my account. How do I contact someone to get these funds back?
