My complaint:
On September 26 a bunch of $20 transactions were posted on my rushcard adding up to $560 stolen off my card from a convenient store located in Ohio and i live in Florida. I have tried to reach customer support through rushcard with no success. Have also tried to email to file a complaint with no luck at all.
Suggested solution:
I need my money back as i am a single mom of 3 unemployed and we are currently in a pandemic..
