Complaint: Locked out of my account

My complaint:

I have been locked out of my account almost 2 weeks. It is literally impossible to speak with someone that will give me the correct information I need to be able to access my money on the card that I with Rushcard. And when I chatted with someone they weren’t very helpful. I was told to fax in a copy of my social security card and another form of ID to my identity which I did 3 times and each time I got a text message stating that the information was not acceptable. sounds like to me RUSHCARD is trying to keep my money because after I faxed the copies of my social security card and another type of identification 3times I was NEVER told why it was not acceptable. I am at the end of my rope and ready to take whatever LEGAL ACTION it takes to be able to access my account and the money on my RUSHCARD, AS WELL AS EXPOSING RUSHCARD FOR THE SCANNERS EMBEZZLERS THEY ARE.

Rushcard locked my account when I tried to update my PIN NUMBER. So what I need is to be able to access my account and my money because I have Bills that I need to pay. Rushcard need to have it so that you can speak with a live customer service agent that can speak ENGLISH. IT'S AMAZING RUSHCARD DON'T ASK FOR IDENTIFICATION TO GET THE CARD AND WHAT REALLY PISSED ME OFF IS THE FACT THAT I HAVE BEEN WITH RUSHCARD SINCE 2011. I WAS ABLE TO UPDATE MY PASSWORD BUT I COULDN'T UPDATE MY PIN NUMBER, WHEN I TRIED TO UPDATE MY PIN NUMBER RUSHCARD LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO PAY MY BILLS AND GET ME SOME FOOD. INEED TO ACCESS MY ACCOUNT AND MY MONEY..... PLEASE HELP!!!!
