My complaint:

What’s the reason of having a account with Rush card and we can’t even get in touch with a live agent.
Nobody wants to send a email and wait 24 hours to get a response when it can be done in a timely manner if they just did their job and not rely on a computer generated system

Suggested solution:

Start back using live agents. This is just ridiculous and it doesn't solve the problem like talking to an agent
