My complaint:
I understand that rush card closed at the end of June and the last day for direct deposit was the 16th of June I didn’t get any information that the were closing til late I rushed to change banking information to Dfs government they sent my direct deposit to rush card on the 28th of June I called they said they sent it back to the government on the 29th I spoke with the government on numerous occasions and they still haven’t received it I’ve been calling rush card and they have been giving me the run around and I have been hung up by rude customer service someone knows we’re my direct deposit is I need some help
