My complaint:

I ordered a Replacement Card over a week ago. To be exact over the 7 to 20 buisness day wait time. I contacted a CSR from the Security team Monday Nov 30. To let them know I have yet to receive my replacement card. As of Tuesday Dec. 1..still no Card and YOU CANNOT REACH THE CSR BY PHONE NOR CHATS!! They have an automated system whom is dropping the calls once the Que is full. I have attempted Every source of communications due they Have already debited the Replacement Fee and Monthly fee from my card which I do not have access to. I also have Dorect Deposit pending as of today which I will not have access to and today is the day I MUST PAY ALL MY BILLS BEFORE I AM DISCONNECTED!!! I CANNOT AFFORD DISCONNECTION FOR ANY OF MY BILLS!!!! I NEED ACCESS TO MY MONEY ASAP …TODAY!!! I AM FRUSTRATED AND HIGHLY UPSET I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL MEMBER OVER 10 YEARS AND USE THIS CARD FOR ALL MY MONEY TRANSACTIONS AND I STILL HAVE NO PERKS OR REWARDS FOR USING THIS SERVICE!!! I CANT EVEN TALK TO A CSR IN REGARDS TO ANY ISSUES IM HAVING!!!! I AM LEAVING THIS SERVICE AND TEAM ONCE I HAVE ACCESS TO MY MONEY!!!!

I WOULD LIKE THEM TO ALLOW ACCESS TO MY MONEY BY ANY MEANS NECCESSARY AND RECOUP IN MONIES FOR THE TIME AND UNRESOLVED ISSUES I AM HAVING TO ACCESS TO MONEY WITH NO CARD REPLACEMENT!!! AND IF MY BILLS ARE DISCONNECTED DUE TO THIS POOR SERVICE...MOST DEFINITELY ASSIST ME IN MY FULL PAYMENT AND RECONNECTION FEES THAT WILL APPLY IF MY SERVICES ARE DISCONNECTED
