My complaint:
My card has been blocked for 2 months no matter what I send they will not unlock it I need access to my money to pay my lawyer and they won’t fix it no matter how many times I tell them I can’t get another copy of my social and I cant get proof of address for somewhere I havent lived in 3 years
Suggested solution:
Just unlock my card so I can use it again
