My complaint:

On10092020 tried to make purchase and it said pin was incorrect calls and told have to do online we’ll get online don’t get an message stating pin and phone was updated account was suspended and card blocked needed to send docs plus wait 1 to 2 business days got email ation docs was received also ok problem would be solved card was unblocked and phone updated by rush and my docs I send given permission but account still suspended saying proof of address isn’t clear sent rental lease pay check stub, food stamp award letter even check stub from government check that is direct deposit to my rush account and account still locked

Suggested solution:

Rush should unsuspend my account they trusted my docs to unblock my card why not unsuspend my online account why send me emails stated the docs were great and they would resove my issue and it's not
