RushCard complaint: I can not order a replacement card or get in touch with someone to cancel my card i been trying for over a month

My complaint:

I just need a replacement card sent to me and my old card cancel been trying for over a month all they have to do is cancel my card and send out a new one

Suggested solution:

Get in touch with me because I can’t get in touch with them so they can cancel my card and send another
