My complaint:
Preface this complaint by stating at no time did either bus turn around to pick me up at my location. If that was done, I would have heard it. I had a scheduled pu on 25 @t 7:30a; received an arrival notice text at notice at 7:40a; stating the bus had arrived; not possible since there was no bus in sight.
Phoned Customer Service and was told another bus would come at 8:30a. Again, received a text arrival notice that the bus had arrived at 8:27a. Again, not possible as I was sitting at my window awaiting its arrival. Phoned Customer Service again and was told I was marked as a No Show. The :Bi show should not apply in either case.
Question: My apartment is ground level. Is it part of a driver’s job to knock on a client’s door upon arrival? In my case, a knock is not really needed as I am prepared to board upon arrival.
Due to RTC’s Paratransit issues of late, drivers who are not doing their jobs should not be tolerated.
Suggested solution:
A reprimand should be given to the two drivers who claimed to have come to my location.
