My complaint:
I was assaulted on one of there transits, transit driver had no idea it happened. And transit was so over crowded beyond capacity that i could not oooinform driver had no phone at the time. Got off and waited for another transit and was told by one of there transit information employee to call there complaint office and file a complaint. While the man that assalted me got away when i did have access to a phone called to file complaint it was closed and i could leave a suggestion or comment
Suggested solution:
To have my complaint filed so that i can tell my lawyer when abtained that i did file some what of a complaint for when i sue the RTC co.
