My complaint:
My husband has been here for a week and every other nurse and dr he has had never dressed up in the covid get up. My husband uses a cpap machine. And there is a sign stating to dress up.
My complaint is why do they come in and tell me to dress in the covid get up when they don’t. I am tired of the staff doesn’t follow the rules so why should I or my family. This is uncalled for, practice what you preach I say. I am fuming at this for I cannot wear the covid get up for medical reasons. And to have a nurse or actually a kitchen person complain about it. Where now I can’t visit my husband. Is unbelievable again PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH this while covid crap is bull crap.
I can’t believe a hospital would keep a love one from their family members
Suggested solution:
Practice what they preach if one has to they all should have too if I could rate this hospital a zero that is what they would get.
