My complaint:
I started my clan in Angry Birds 2 a few years ago now. I have spent a lot of money on this game, in no short part to increase strength for clan battles. Around a month ago new players have been stopped from joining my clan. So for three years there hasn’t been a single problem, and now for no reason people have been stopped from joining.
I have filed three tickets about this requesting information about what is going on, and all three of them have been ignored!
The money I spent on this game was in good faith, and if now the main part of the game has effectively been removed from me then I want this money back. I have done nothing wrong, no terms and conditions have been broken, so why am I being penalised?
Suggested solution:
Either remove the block on people joining my clan or refund the money I have spent and delete my account.
