My complaint:

I purchase gold coins for real money via my iTunes account and on many, many occasions when I have purchased and attempted to use a “Power Up” (mostly “Shock Waves”), the game freezes and I loose the purchase. This must have happened more than 50 times over the last 6 months but this is the first time I have complained because I am getting sick of it quite frankly. One here or there I can tolerate but it is now getting to the point where I will just stop playing. Rovno never freezes when taking my money from iTunes but continually freezes when I make an in-game purchase! At approximately $0.87c each I estimate I have lost well in excess of $60 over the past six months and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of stability.

Suggested solution:

Refund or credit my account with at least 4 x purchases of 50 Gems at $14.99 each.
