My complaint:

I ordered some product from this company and it took a month to arrive to me. I ordered it for a wedding and it did not arrive in time. The product to me did not look like it did on the sight and it did not fit me. I tried to return it and the process was very hard. You have to take a picture and upload it and explain what the problem was. Every time I tried to submit the return it said denied by the company. So I submitted several tickets letting them know it was not working and that I was trying to return my product. They don’t have a phone number for their customers to call so all I could do was submit a ticket each time. Finally on 12-6-18 they sent me a RMA number to send product back. I sent it back that day. Then today they send me a message saying I can’t return product over the time limit. Well I have tracking number and receipt showing was sent out on that date. I don’t know what’s the problem. I sent their product back and I want my refund back. Right now they have their product and my money I’m losing all the way around. This has been the hardest process I’ve ever been through. I just don’t know what else to do.

I want my money refunded they have their product.
