My complaint:

I just got there and he proceeded to want to tell me that he was sorry about how he treated me on last Saturday in front of all the customers,I told him that I wasn’t ready to talk to him ,he left then came back at me to talk anyway,and the conversation went left and unprofessional while customers were in the store again,Mrs Mable White was standing there with him and didn’t ask him to leave me alone or nothing,so I told her that I didn’t want to work the days that he worked cause at this point I felt like he was picking. I had a line full of people while he came back up to me and stated “y’all will not run me off like y’all did the manager that just left”.he is very rude,unprofessional,arrogant, disrespectful,and stays in his car while at work on his cell phone when he is supposed to be in the store working,non of the employees like him and for this just to be his second week on the job,I can see why he has a history or more from one place to another.he is not a good fit for a manager position at ROSES.he don’t know what to do to be productive on the job,he wears shorts to work with a leg full of tattoos and that is unacceptable for a manager role.he is not a pleasant person because of his attitude.He looks down on the employees,he told me that he was not going to help put none of the customer’s purchase into the bags cause that was not his job and that’s why he has cashiers to do that,he is not a team player,not one that would help when the store is lacking.his mouth is really going to get him into trouble.tha way he acted towards me was very unnecessary and some of the customers left out of the store and said that they would not be back.Brian is going to make the store loose a lot of business with his attitude and his arrogance towards others.

Handle the situation before the store loses their employees and customers
