My complaint:

I have some questions regarding the balance on my phone. It is not jiving with what I feel it should be. There is no way for me to view my ‘View CallTransaction History’ anymore. A service just removed, just like that. So I called an 800 number and pressed 4 to view transaction history. I had to listen to each date, year and time of each call with amount charged. This took so long and at the end there was still the discrepancy in the amounts so what good did this do me. Also I see I am now getting charged .70 cents per call. So prices go up and services go down… way down.

Suggested solution:

I would like to continue to see my transactions. Where else would you have to call in to reconcile charges because you no longer get a bill? NO WHERE!!!! I might not get the bill mailed anymore, I can only see it online.... but I see it. This is such a disservice that Roger has done here. And, as usual, nearly impossible to speak to a PERSON. Someone live, not a chat bot.
