Rogers complaint: Misleading information.

My complaint:

After the power outage in July, my internet did not work, I called Rogers and was advised that my modem needed replacing. The customer service rep assured me that nothing in the package I currently had would change, just an upgrade to the modem. Which I had to install myself.

After installing the ignite modem, I realised that all of the channels I previously has were gone,including access to the security camera in the lobby, I live in an apartment building and the security camera is necessary as is call display, both I could no longer access.
I called Rogers and was told that I could not access these as it was not part of the ignite package. This was a package that did not include access to these .Both of these (security Camera and call display) I had spoke to the sales rep about and he assured me they would still be available. I need to know what is necessary to get the security camera back on the system, but I cannot get anyone to reply.

I have written to Rogers 5 times about this and they have not replied.

Suggested solution:

Fix the issues I have mentioned.
