My complaint:
The manager charged my bank up to 800-1000 dollars. In a matter of minutes, when I asked what was going on, the manager denied making the charges to my acct. But now I’m left with a negative balance on my bank acct due to the fraudulent charges Manager made to my acct. I called trying to resolve the matter but no one is willing to help me out at this point.
Suggested solution:
I want the manager to be exposed and want the company to know what their employees are doing to their customers.
