My complaint:
I stayed at the Rodeway Inn on the 8th of March and I had a small pet oh, so they put me in room number 111 which is a pet room. The next day while I was at work they tried calling me to tell me that they needed a different debit card number because they needed to charge it $150. I told them that I did not understand why they were doing that considering they put me in a pet room for that reason. I would have never known that they were charging my debit card that amount of money if they charge on my card would have went through.they were rude and demanding.
Suggested solution:
I feel like they should pay me back the $150 charge that they demanded me to pay. I won't be staying at the roadway in any state I go to from now on because of this incident. They also charged my friend twice on her debit card for the same room and did not refund the money. They're doing bad business.
