My complaint:
My wife and I (Damien Smith) checked in on Dec 28, 2022. We paid $103.37 using our debit card. Our room number was 111. We charged one night. Well, on January 3, 2023, there was a charge from Rodeway for and additional $165.56. We called to no avail. First, we were told that they couldn’t find that we’d been there then we were told that the manager would reverse the charge. We called the next day to that we’d get a refund and we were hung up on twice.
Suggested solution:
We humbly ask that we receive a refund of $165.56. We rightfully paid for our room, which was $103.37. It is very hurtful that an establish would do this. We are not wealthy people and have two children. I understand it is a difficult time for all, but we didn't take anything from the room, and we left it clean so there is no reason for the $165.56 charge. This is the only time that anything like this happened us. Very disappointing.
