My complaint:
My 10 yr olds account was banned for 7 days starting on Aug 31. No details were given as to why after multiple emails to CS. He was able to play for two hours on September 7 but was then notified he was banned again but this time for 30 days. He has not done anything in violation of their terms. I asked Roblox for details on thematter and they refuse.

Suggested solution:
Unban my sons account (ethanandrew1126) and leave him alone
