My complaint:
Things that are purchased with real money go missing from the inventory, items bought in the Roblox shop which they try to palm of on developers game, which is not the case. Then trying to get help is not easy what they ask you for, is not simple to achieve then when you manage to figure it out, they don’t seem to respond to this but to the message that you didn’t know how to send the information, is the email they refer to instead of reading the message after this. They have the technology to look into the missing item in my inventory instead they just keep repeating themselves making us to repeat ourselves
Suggested solution:
Refund my Robux or return the missing item
