My complaint:
My son received a gift card for his birthday. The next morning I scratched the pin off and put it in the redeem code box . It said it was an error. I tried a few times and couldn’t get it to work. I then emailed customer service with the pin number. They emailed me back after awhile with the pin and said to copy and paste. I did it within minutes of getting the email. The pin now said redeemed.
I emailed customer service back and they said it was redeemed to another account and its not their responsibility. The only time the pin left my sight is when I emailed it to Roblox. I have the card and the receipt. The only way that pin was stolen was by customer service. I am in possession of the gift card, the receipt and no-one had access to that card but me and roblox. They without a doubt took the pin.
Suggested solution:
They know who redeemed the card according to their response. They need to file a claim against that person for theft and honor my gift card that I am in possession of
