My complaint:
Bought the collectors bundle for my grandson who is autistic- he specifically wanted it for the codes – when he opens his Xmas present they were missing – now have a very unhappy child!!!! Was told to take the whole thing back for an exchange ( smyths) but in the pack he got something glow in the dark so doesn’t want to swap – just wants his codes!!!!!!!
Suggested solution:
Provide him with his 2 missing codes!!!
At walmart i wanted to buy a plushie, and someone ripped open the boxes and took the dlc out!
