Roblox complaint: Not protecting child from unauthorized practices

My complaint:

My 8 year old daughter made unauthorized purchases in the game. My tablet had parental controls but I was unaware that I needed to set them in the app. I am not a gamer. Like many adults my kids know more than I. When I contacted Amazon and roblox I was just shocked that nothing was refundable. I did not authorize the purchase and my daughter is a minor. How unethical, decieving kids on not knowing they are purchasing something and then give no recurse for parents to fix the kids mistakes. I am so upset that we allow companies to behave in such deplorable way with no way to held them accountable..

Suggested solution:

Refund the money. Design the app with all the parental controls as the standard so then parents have to authorize and add manually their accounts instead of just taking the information and have us opt out. Protecting families. Protecting children. This should be the standard. The law to protect consumers and children.
