My complaint:
My roblox was stolen, and the bound email was changed. I told the official customer service, and I sent many times for help, and the official ignored me, or just sent an automatic reply email. I am not asking for compensation, I am Want them to get back to me quickly instead of sending automated emails all the time, thanks!

Let them find my account and let me figure out how to reset my password
