My complaint:
I don’t remember when but at some point i added a PIN in Roblox. Later when i tried to change a few settings it required a PIN but at that time i have forgotten it. I tried contacting Roblox Support and they said they couldn’t (They kept refusing to.)
I kept on sending emails to Roblox for help but they didn’t
But when my friend tried to remove the PIN on his account(who also got locked out) they actually removed his.
