Roblox complaint: buying robux but it takes my money and doesn’t give me the robux

My complaint:

I was wanting to buy 80 robux but when i clicked it and put in my card information it charged my card and didn’t give me the robux

Suggested solution:

either give me the 80 robux or give me my money back
