My complaint:
Hi there, my son- with permission purchased capybara? In pet simulator x on 48 and didn’t receive what he purchased on the first attempt- so we tried again and still no result. We have followed the troubleshooting guide without any success. Could you please reimburse? It appears to date one of the payments is pending ($14.99) the other process was processed and credit card charges.
